the buyer will ask if you agree that a third party sends you the money as this
scammer will explain that his money is tied up somewhere but somehow he/she
can send you a certified check that is higher than your asking price if you
agree to ship or pay for some expenses or even refund him the balance. The
scam is that the so called certified check is fake. The scammer will quickly
receive your item or cash your money while you wait to find out from the bank
the bad news. |

account holder has long since passed away (dead) leaving no beneficiary to the
account. A foreigner can only claim this money with legal claims to the
