Cordless
phones |
I wish that manufacturers of cordless
phone would put a notice on them cordless phones. Useless when no power. Hydro
was out for a few hours the other day, all of my phones are cordless. Guess
what? they need power to the transformer to operate! Complaining to a few
companies got me no-where. Jack B

My beef is with
local gas stations lately. I have always bought my gas here in Petawawa, until
recently when I noticed that they began to play that raise the price before
the weekend as well as be the first to jump up and the last to go down.
I've had it with these small town shops ripping us off. I know my $100 a week
in gas is peanuts to these guys but guess what that's money I am forever going
to spend in Pembroke. May not be better but at least I feel better getting
some CT money back. P.S. I detest the service at CT too.
Another beef I have is with the price of propane around here. Why in Ottawa
do they sell propane for $11 or less and we pay $25. Hmmmm I'm starting to
feel screwed, someone help, lets get their attention some how.
